TOPICS DISCUSSED We will listen and respond "as a friend". We will listen to anything they may want to talk about, but will limit our responses in the areas of religion, politics, healthcare, etc. We won't try to change anyone's mind. We are not professional health caregivers.
CALL SCHEDULE When setting up the initial service we will discuss with you (and or the person receiving the service) the best day and time to call. If the person does not answer their phone on the day and time scheduled, we will call again throughout the day, if open times are available. We will make every attempt possible to contact our loved one. No refunds are available for those days that no one answers their phone.
REFUND Our services are billed on a monthly basis. For refunds, please email your name, cancellation request, loved one's name, and phone number to CARE@wecallseniors.com. You can be refunded for the pre-paid services THAT START AFTER the week your cancellation email date is received.
